8 week Junior curling program on Thursdays after school. Runs from 4:15 - 5:45 PM
The Creston Curling Club is bringing back a Junior curling program for the Winter half! This 8 week Junior League runs on Thursdays after school, 4:15 - 5:45 PM, beginning January 15, 2026 and ending March 12, 2026 (no session on February 26 due to the Butterfly bonspiel). Our certified Club Coaches will teach fundamental skills, basic game play and sportsmanship in a fun, non-competitive setting. The first two weeks will be an introduction to curling and will be 1 hour in duration. This program is for youth aged 12-18. Parents are not required to stay.
Cost for 8 weeks is $40 + GST + Curl BC/Curling Canada fees = $69. The Club provides all the equipment (brooms, grippers, sliders).
Participants must wear clean, indoor shoes and dress in warm, flexible clothing. Helmets are strongly recommended. Bike or skateboard helmets are suitable.
